My name is Vera and I was born in the Netherlands. The seeds for my practice were sown over 15 years ago, when I myself was in need of support. I was lucky to find a trainer and therapist who guided and taught me how to rely on my inner wisdom. Who reminded me that I was whole already, that I was not a project that had to be fixed. And through that immense compassion, genuine curiosity about me, she sparked within me the greatest gift; which is how to embark on a lifelong and exciting journey of self-discovery and self-love that allows me to embrace this (sometimes chaotic) life to the fullest. Since, I have been extensively trained by her and many others on how to facilitate this process in others.

Over the years I have worked in several countries as a coach and counsellor (The Netherlands, South Africa and Australia). My diverse training, background and experience with different cultures, allow me to draw from a wide range of interventions and approaches to suit the individual needs. 

In 2019, we have been fortunate to settle in a beautiful area in the Mid North Coast, New South Wales. When I am not working as a counsellor, I love to spend time with my family, in the veggie garden and with the animals on our little farm.
